My customer list goes back 12 years, I think now, with addresses and tracking numbers used, etc. If you sell on more than one venue it is a great way to have all your customers in one database. I like the fact that on endicia I can do a search for customers names if they sound familiar so I can acknowledge repeat customers and the like.

Even the one day problem was apologized for and for those that lost money, sellers were reimbursed! All the years of free and reduced DC, and discounted postage has one them a loyal customer in me. I hear that people who use PP for postage are always putting up with a mess. I prefer endicia since except for one day I’ve never had a bit of trouble with them. Why would the reps have heard of endicia or ? If they don’t sell on line, they have no reason to know and I’m sure Amazon would prefer you getting your postage through them for 7 cents extra or whatever it is now. I’ve never had even 20 orders on one day, so I find it easy to use endicia this way, but you might not. I, of course, have no idea how much you are shipping. It is such an inborn habit at this point, that I don’t notice it taking much time at all. I have just copy and pasted my customers address onto endicia and manually copy and paste the DC# over back to Amazon. I couldn’t get into the webstore deal since they wouldn’t grandfather in we ‘older’ sellers, that being said, I do not believe that you can do what you want to. I have been using endicia for many years as well as Amazon. I’d also like the tracking number to automatically transfer over to the Amazon order, and perhaps automatically confirm shipment. So my question is, what do I need to do to get a “valid” seller account type, and does it cost extra? I called Amazon Seller Support and they were of no help, in fact I spoke with 3 different reps and none of them had ever heard of Endicia or even .įor the record, my primary goal is to make inserting the customer’s address into Endicia’s address field easier, because as of now I have to copy & paste each individual address for every label I create.
